Enjoyed this meal. Had the pork shop. Yup. Typo I hope. It was a delicious pork chop. And goat cheese entree. Typical French - tables in a line. They pick it up so you can get seated.

Saturday night in paris. The mains were fantastic. Steak tartare, was well prepared. Wofe had the salmon steak. The salmon steak was a litle oily ,but the steak tartar was very good . We shared a desert ,and had one small beer (5 euro!) still this place compares favourably price wise and taste wise with many cafes in the area

This used to be a really nice local restaurant but sadly it no longer is as good. It is still ok but only ok. The Beef Bourguignon was good but everything else was a little disappointing. The service is excellent and the wine list is very good.

When in Paris I really enjoy seeking out a good neighbourhood café and enjoying French style food and hospitality? We were in Paris for the rugby and chose all of our eating venues by chance. On our first night we ate at the Polidor and that was fun and enjoyable as always, we were also stopping at the Best Western... More

Over the years this restaurant a little off the famous corner Raspail - boul Montparnasse. has been a favorite for good lunches with friends. Mostly for hia quality of french classical specialties. I have tried last week for dinner time. I was a bit dissaointed with the familiar attitude of the service. Something is gone fbut not in the plates.... More

Simple, friendly, delicious food, what more could you want. We stumbled across Chez Fernand and had a delicious lunch of Duck Terrine, Pork and the Beef fillet with Marrow, CREME Brûlée and lovely wine, 115 euro but excellent service, couldn't fault the food, we would go back.

Excellent bistro fare. Nothing fancy but the dishes are well made and the service is friendly and professional. I had oysters and duck with lentils. Both were very good. A good test of a restaurant is its bread and coffee. Both were much better than fancier restaurants.

There were 3of us. One ordered onion soup and through it was great. Another the veal in mushroom sauce, which she had to send back. It was tough and the sauce had no flavour. She did get a new entre that wasn't so tough but the sauce was still the same. They also mixed up our side dishes. Which when... More

This place seems to be popular among the local Parisians. We haddinner but were not too happy with the quality. Gravlax was covered by loads of oil but no salt nor lemon that we Scandinavians are used to. One of us had rillette which was very tasty. The main course salmon was served with over cooked pasta. Luckily creme brulee... More
