When I came to Dupont Café last December its closure was probably planned. Lack of commitment could explain poor service, low quality of our charcuterie and cheese platters, our burger and fries. This brasserie had lost its soul.

It is nice to sit outside to relax but it is only average at best. You feel a little rushed to pay. Service was OK but nothing to write home about.

Wife & daughter went for lunch. Waiter sweeping @ feet. Next thing purse, credit cards & iPhone 5 are stolen. Waiter who was speaking broken English no longer speaks English. Police are unconcerned. We think an inside job.

Lovely cafe, just near the metro station. Most of the staff were excellent ,except for one young woman who insisted we paid as soon as she placed our drinks in front of us !! One young male member of staff was particulalry helpful and chatty....More
