We've just been back to this restaurant for a second time in a week. We found the service to be excellent, with a young man who speaks good English, in charge. He is friendly and fun and is certainly doing a great job. On both occasions we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Tonight we shared the mackerel rillettes for an entree,... More

Visited "Au 35" as staying close by and things were very busy given recent hot weather. Nice welcome on arrival and staff managed my order despite mutual language difficulties. The Vol-au-vent of escargot was very nice but on first attempt my order of Toulouse sausage with split pea mash came out burned. Staff was very obliging when I sent it... More

au 35 is a bistro I would happily pack up and take back to my local neighbourhood. Cold tomato/basil soup and porcini cake were delectable entrees and even though the fish was good the other main, a vegetarian lasagne, was excellent. With a reasonably good bottle of Chardonnay and a glass of red th Bill came to 95 euros. Not... More

This neighborhood gem was right across the street from our hotel. The best thing about it was our waiter, Antoine. He was very friendly and quite willing to interpret the daily specials for us. His English was excellent. The restaurant has menus in English for those who don't speak French. The second great thing about this restaurant is their food!... More

A three-course menu for 29.50 euro is the way to go. We had a very generous and tasty carrot soup, followed by salmon teryaki, the a pear crumble for dessert. Friendly waitstaff.

We were a party of four and did not have a reservation so arrived at 7pm as the restaurant opened. Service was excellent and very friendly. The restaurant is small so best make a reservation or arrive early I think as it soon became busy. Menu is very traditional French and really very good. Wine is good and good value.

A charming staff and good food! It's a little place that could be attracting tourists with high prices but it is not the case. We are in the heart of Paris, in a very touristic area but this little restaurant will get you back!

I have visited this restaurant many times while in Paris and it does not disappoint. The food is very good and reasonably priced and the restaurant is welcoming and friendly. They have a salad I particularly like which they made up for me even though it was not on the menu. The young man who manages the restaurant is definitely... More

There were four of us. We had an aperitif at Les Deux Magots nearby and made our way to Au 35. The restaurant is compact, but we had plenty of room. The ambience is great and the staff superb. The starters were excellent, except for the samosa crevettes, on which the crusts were just a little bit on the hard... More

Description
hostess welcomed us with a smile. The food was prepared with love, care, and the best ingredients. Just a perfect tiny and elegant room with an aura of good work done with delight and fine food offered without any attitude of preciousness. Quiet and charming surroundings. Chic without being a slave to fashion.
