A visit to Rue Montorgueil is not complete without a little treat from Paris' oldest patisserie. Highly recommend the caramel eclairs but everything looks and I'm sure tastes superb. Don't miss out.

it was the best baba I've ever tried in my life. I'm not kidding :). Full of taste, full of rhum, freshly baked and well-priced, by the way. Excellent staff.

Small shop, with plenty of choice for pastries. Not so much variety for patisseries that look incredible. Staff knowledgable and patient. Well-priced.

I stayed in a flat near Rue Montorgueil so I had an opportunity to visit Stohrer more than once. Although the Baba au Rhum was my least favorite, everything we got at Stohrer was absolutely amazing. However I'd have to say that the eclairs and...More

Old and beautiful shop from XVIIIe century. Very good cakes, and famous baba au rhum. The best croissants you can find in Paris.

The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle
