Title pretty much sums it up. You definitely get what you pay for but sometimes, after a long day of site seeing, fast and cheap is what you need. I cannot understand why anyone recommends the croque monsieur!

We stopped in here for a late lunch after touring Sacre Coeur and wandering around the streets of Montmartre. The owner did not speak English, but that wasn't an issue for us as I speak a little French and we were able to use our...More

If you're expecting servile waiters or even service with a smile, you're out of luck. BUT, and it's a big but, if you fancy a really substantial snack at lunchtime for only 6 or 7 euros, do try their Croque Monsieur or better still, the...More

The waiter doesn't speak one word of english, constantly speaking french not understanding nothing we ask. The meals were poor, ambience same and toilettes disgusting. Although it's not a 'fancy' restaurant the hygiene should always be top.

Looking for somewhere to eat after visiting the Basilique up top, decided to come here since the menu looked decent and there were plenty of people in the restaurant. The owner obviously could tell we were tourists and tried very hard to be very friendly,...More

Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle

century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and
cinemas sit side by side with French bistros
