We ate here twice (1 lunch and 1 breakfast) during a long weekend trip - mostly because it was next door to our hotel (hotel Select) so it was really convenient but it is a nice restaurant, especially to sit outside and people watch. Be...More

Went here with my fiance as we were looking for a late night restaurant on our way home from a long day touring Paris. She had a pasta dish which was tasty, but not great, and I had beef bourguignon. Unfortunately my beef was extremely...More

The "very good" is for ambiance. We like to stop here on a warm June evening and have a glass of wine or a pastis, and watch the world go by. Yes, it's full of tourists and students. Yes, the food is nothing special (although...More

On the plus side, this place is at a great location on place de Sorbonne, with lots of outdoor seating and some nice indoor rooms in glass Solaria. The service was spotty- friendly but with a lot of gaps (even though they were not busy,...More

Nicely located restaurant with a ton of outdoor seating. I got a pasta dish with walnuts and a mushroom cream sauce. The fact that I was craving pasta probably made it taste a whole lot better. Pretty bland all together and I had to add...More

Excellent location and a fine place for a coffee or drink in the Parisian sunshine. The waiter was in fact both efficient and friendly, putting paid to the myth of distant and haughty Parisian restaurant and bar staff.

On our recent trip to France a Parisian friend advised us to choose restaurants in Paris based on whether they had a good amount of dinner guests dining around 7 or 8 p.m. Using this advice we picked Brasserie Les Patios based on the fact...More

The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life,
architectural splendor and ongoing merriment. The

dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined
by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin
once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which
