Best options to go for a drink in Paris... The cocktails are really good. I did not try the food. Place is small.

Went there for a drink after dinner. Very nice atmosphere, friendly waiters. Good cocktail menu (although I am not a cocktail drinker). We had wine and a cheese platter - to die for.

We happened upon this spot when on our way back to our hotel after a day of sightseeing. They have a lunch special (mid day to 5pm) where you can pick either a starter and meal or meal and dessert for 15 euros. I chose homemade onion soup to start and chicken tandoori. Both were delicious! My husband said his... More

Very good place for lunch or dinner. We were surprised of staff quickness. Food was very good, especially selection of cheeses.

Cométe is a great drink place. Great mojitos. The atmosphere is warm, fun, and energetic. Basically a neighborhood hangout. The food was good, but I enjoyed the vibe more.

Been there three times during my stay in Paris. First and second time for dinner with my wife. We had a bottle of wine and we shared a table of charcouteries and then one salad and one steak with fries for the couple and it was enough and good. The third time we had beer with friends after sightseeing. Nice... More

We came here after 9pm and there were lots of people. The service was really good , we had duck confit and beef tartar , both were served with chips and were so delicious , definitely will come back again. Highly recommend

This place is packed at happy hour - they have excellent cocktails and use lots and lots of ICE which is nearly unheard of in Paris. We had a few hot days, and honestly, there were a few times we came here because they had some drinks with lots and lots of ice. I loved their spring punch for 5.50Eur... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
