My boyfriend had the ravioli and his plate was delicious, I ordered the tandori chicken and it was too spicy, I didn't finish it, the local was great and the prices are affordable.

We ate here twice during our stay in Paris. The menu is simple and tasty. The staff are attentive and the service is very fast. The staff cater well for non French speaking guests. The atmosphere is great and the place is always busy with locals which is a good sign which proved to be true. Well worth a visit... More

Best options to go for a drink in Paris... The cocktails are really good. I did not try the food. Place is small.

Went there for a drink after dinner. Very nice atmosphere, friendly waiters. Good cocktail menu (although I am not a cocktail drinker). We had wine and a cheese platter - to die for.

We happened upon this spot when on our way back to our hotel after a day of sightseeing. They have a lunch special (mid day to 5pm) where you can pick either a starter and meal or meal and dessert for 15 euros. I chose homemade onion soup to start and chicken tandoori. Both were delicious! My husband said his... More

Cométe is a great drink place. Great mojitos. The atmosphere is warm, fun, and energetic. Basically a neighborhood hangout. The food was good, but I enjoyed the vibe more.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
