Located in the heart of Paris, not far from the Louvre Museum, this is a nice, small restaurant. If you're looking for a unique establishment with remarkable cuisine, you'll have to look elsewhere. This restaurant offers nice food, nice service and a nice ambiance. All at a reasonable price. So, if you're after a nice, small meal, you'll enjoy going... More

Second time eating here with my wife. It is a great, little French restaurant with exceptional food and good wine. For the money, it is one of our favorites in Paris

I was looking for a small boutique style restaurant for a late lunch and the hotel recommended this spectacular place for us to go to as they serve food ALL DAY. The food, service, and atmosphere were what we were looking for on a sunny day in Paris, France. And is very close to the Louvre. Try and get a... More

We had come here years ago in the winter and liked it, and last year had lunch outside on a dreary day. This time we sat outside (twice) once on a Friday night and came again the next night when we had a reservation at a place that turned out to be a tourist trap. Great atmosphere on the Place... This little restaurant has great quality food and creative menu, it opens non stop so you can get food before 7 unlike the mayority of retaurants in paris that close after lunch until dinner at 7pm the service was excellent and the menu was delicious. I ordered a chicken filled with mushrooms and a macaroni pasta with truffle oil.. it... More

A small, intimate family owned restaurant located in the romantic Place Dauphine. Have eaten there three times, had three different entrees and mains and they were all outstanding. Carefully prepared and cheerfully served. Ditto for my wife's meals. She is pretty much a vegan but they were very accommodating with a genuine desire to please. Really a "can't miss" spot.... More

We have been coming to this restaurant on our annual visits to Paris for the last 5 years and always have such a great meal, in that wonderful setting in Place Dauphine. Having raved to friends over the years about how wonderful it was, we took them there for dinner on Saturday night. However our dinner was so disappointing. Firstly... More

The food was just mediocre but a server who never covered her mouth handled our food and cutlery! I would never return....just awful. She coughed and coughed the entire time we were there, and then a guy next to us lit a cigarette. Yuk

Having just toured Notre Dame we found this restaurant on trip advisor. Great location as it is down a side street across from a park. Our lunch was delicious and beautifully presented. Also enjoyed just sitting there watching the people. There were several restaurants in this area but chose this one based on reviews. It was a great choice.

What a fun little restaurant. We sat at a table in the front tucked away from most others where we could see the passerbys. Beautiful presentations of cheeses, desserts, meats. We dinied here after the Saint Chappell concert - close enough to walk there. Took a cab back to our hotel as it was late

Staying in Ile de la Cite / Ile Saint-Louis

Neighborhood Profile
Ile de la Cite / Ile Saint-Louis
Two islands sit in the middle of the Seine at the very heart of Paris. The more majestic one, Ile de la Cité, sparkles with history. This is the birthplace of Paris, the home of the Gothic Sainte-Chapelle, and the site of the prison where Marie Antoinette was held before her execution. Tourists flock to see the iconic Notre Dame and the beautiful bridges that straddle the Seine. Ile Saint-Louis, the more provincial island, welcomes you with cozy traditional eateries, small boutiques, and what some people say is the best ice cream in the city. This is essential Paris from its very beginnings to its modern appeal.
