We happened on this place while looking for a lunch choice. It was busy and inviting. A very fortuitous choice. We had the truffle pizza and another vegetable and anchovy pizza for three of us. The truffle pizza was a seasonal dish, and we were lucky that it was truffle season. It was wonderful. And the other pizza was excellent... More

We spent a month in Paris in September. We discovered this restaurant only the last few days of our trip otherwise we would have eaten here many times. Caffe Concerto has an inviting atmosphere and all the staff was welcoming. My husband and I had different entrees which were delicious accompanied by a bottle of wine ending with a delicious... So, I have to admit that I rarely, if ever, leave reviews (something I am trying to be better about) but this restaurant requires me to give a review. My wife and I have been in Paris for three days which, admittedly, is not a long time but we have been somewhat underwhelmed by the food. Tonight put that to... More

Good place for local business folks to take a lunch. They have a nice variety of authentic Italian pizza at a fair price for this part of Paris.

We happened upon this quaint family-owned Italian in Paris as it was right beside our hotel. We had an amazing Italian dinner and the service was amazing. The owners are both the servers and chef and you can tell they take great pride in their cooking. Always making sure the food was cooked to our satisfaction. I recommend the calamari... More

We had a big family trip to in late July, with some family members beginning in Paris and others ending there. The first wave discovered this place and insisted the latter group go. We lucked out and landed here the last night before they went on holiday. I had the Tagliatelle Bolognese, which was fantastic. Others went with Primavera, Carbonara,... More

Wow! Super surprised as to the quality of the food and personal attention. The chef Michele was particularly gracious. A great meal.

Little Italian restaurant tucked away in a side street near Boulevard des Italiens. The place was cosy and the staff very friendly. Food was delicious, fresh and authentic with a good choice of daily specials. Will return!

This pizzeria has a very nice and central location and very kind stuff. Michele and Massimo make you feel at home and serves the best pizzas and not only in Paris (I am italian!). Fair prices for excellence in food! Surely back next time in Paris!

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
