the service is perfect and the food is very good the wine is great but the view is the best of all. The atmosphere is relaxed and there is a feeling of openness and privacy at the same time.

You are on a roof on an old and well placed hotel , watching either the Eiffel Tower or Arc de Tromple. 360 view ! Fantastic Then you can choose the Champagne Bar or the great lunch & dinner place . I love this place

A must-see in Paris. We shared drinks and canapés and the most beautiful view. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The hotel itself looks devine.

Nice view, in a nice area. But still not the best place to feel comfortable. So do not ask anything to the manager (the oldest one of the staff), just talk directly to the waitress. He ruined our afternoon in 10 seconds. Service is at the opposite of what we were expecting !!

But at this high level of prices (300 euros for two people) you expect extraordinary food too. The food was a total disappointment. Extremely small portions of dishes I make an effort to remember. I vote average just for the location otherwise I... More

Fab cocktails and nibbles if a little pricey (well it is Paris!), great views. A little music would improve this and possibly utilising the great 'dance' floor area jor this purpose.

We always stay at the Hotel Raphael. La Terrasse is absolutely wonderful. A bit pricey for a glass of Champagne but who cares!!! You are in Paris and the experience is well worth it!!!

Amazing location, good drinks. We did not like any of the macaroons, however they were complimentary so I can't truly complain.
