Don't be put off by orange "Easy Jet" type exterior!

This place is great! Fab decor, good service and good food. Nice old building in the Old Town area. We were pleasantly surprised as the orange signage over the door had originally made us pass over this place! I had a superb Gesier salad and a decent glass of red wine followed by an excellent... read more

Simple from the outside as the name implies and simple but up to date decor inside. Staff were charming, however you would not refer to this restaurant as "French". The restaurant has an eclectic menu, well presented and very well cooked. We ordered the antipasto plate to share which was a great combination of cured meats, 3 small pots of... More

This is an extraordinary place. From the outside it could be a fast food/salad bar. Inside - or on the terrace - there is a serious bit of cooking going on.The format is seemingly simple - serve most things on crisp bread. It is what goes on to of this toast which is delicious. The staff are friendly and efficient and... More

Delicious cocktails and food. Despite the chilly evening we ate outside to enjoy the ambiance (and the patio heaters). Polite staff. A little expensive but overall a good choice.

My daughter and family ate here in June, their only criticism was they could only eat outside and had to put up with the nicotine addicts drifting emissions! We went on spec and got an inside table at opening time (18.30hrs) which suited me. My wife and I shared the "tapas" for 2. It was delicious. mains were fine. Slightly... More

We booked at "Tout simplement" after the sad new that our first choice restaurant "o des lys" was already fully booked. The good reviews on TA and the proximity to our hotel suggested us to have a simple dinner at this bistrot. The menu and the service were appropriate for a bistrot and not for a real restaurant. We realized... More

Me and my girlfriend had the rilletes as aperitif, which tasted more then OK. For the main course, my girlfriend had salmon with courgette and mash potatoes, which was pretty good, and fresh, for only €14!!! I had a lamb-stew which was rich in flavor. The wine and service was very good and swift! A+ for price/quality

Good food very good service. We had a nice sardines cream (?) as an appetiser and the local sausage. One has to taste it ince and decide whether he likes it or not. For us one tims was enough.

After a few days in France, we needed a salad. The small capra salad was plenty large enough and very tasty. We also shared the six rilletes and enjoyed them very much. The mango, lechee drink was yummy. it was too early to try on of their house-made flavored rums.

We had a fine dinner here and their eclectic menu didn't disappoint. Rillettes for starters were tasty, homemade pasta was a perfect consistency, the sea trout "cocotte" was warming and delicious, and the "salade marine" was suitably fishy. Friendly service and good value for great food.
