We ordered a menu à 28,50 EUR excl. drinks. That's a main course and dessert or an appetizer and main course. Everything was delicious. But the portions were small. It happens often with a menu. Yet, this time you could say very small. And the classic problem: few or no vegetables. You must usually think to ask whether there are... More

We were there for a business dinner, got a small table as we havnt booked a table. Due to outer temperature it was sticky, waiter opened the window to the street on our special request. We had a chateau briand which was good, but the portion was really little for the price of 34€. Dessert was also expensive compared to... More

It was a lovely restaurant. We had lunch there. The weather was nice and it was very good to have a table in the garden. We enjoyed steak, fish, and shrimp for our main courses. We did have fun picking up three desserts. Strawberry and berries with champagne was quite unique and refreshing. So do ensure that you book a... More

This is not about the food. The food was great. This is not about the ambiance. The restaurant is beautiful. This is all about the service in our 3+ hour dinner. This was originally caused by sitting and waiting a half hour, asking for service, and waiting another 10 minutes. The wait for each course was as long as I've ever... More

We were staying one night in Reims with friends on a European BMW Motorbike tour. It was our last night and one of our party happens to be a chef. So he called the restaurant at 20:00hrs and was told we could have a table at 21:30 hrs. We were all starving but decided to wait as this place had... More

Brasserie FLO In center town of Rheims. We were seated outside on the terrace, a whiff of jasmin and roses floating in the air. The long awaited summer had finally arrived. The staff is attentive, but surprisingly a bit of a wait between the dishes on a Wednesday afternoon lunch. ENTREE Soupe petit poids-frommage de chèvres croûton. Servi froid. Délicieuse!... More

Sitting outside a beautiful July sunny day on Brasserie Flo terrace, the oysters from Irlande were fresh and delicious, the lotte (monkfish) was very good and the planchas with ratatouille sauce was great. A very nice lunch with a glass of champagne

My wife and I decided to try Brasserie Flo after seeing the positive reviews. We were a bit disappointed that it didn't have the traditional charm of an old brasserie. It's quite nice, but too modern, I don't know why France can't keep the old charm that an old building like this deserves. We had after-dinner drinks and shared a... More

An excellent meal. Great food, excellent service and wonderful wine. A perfect evening. I couldn't fault anything. The menu was sufficiently extensive to suit most tastes. It is reasonably priced for a top end restaurant.

Went here for a meal during the euros, on the summer solstice. Friendly staff and lovely dinner. The set menu is excellent value and the waiters were knowledgable on the wine pairings etc. Would highly recommend.
