Our table of 6 chose the degustation menu and we weren't disappointed. Not only were the 7 courses all exceptionally fine but the inter-course amuse bouche and petit fours were also delicious. For a top quality, Michelin starred restaurant, we thought it wasn't over-priced. We found regional wines on the list which were out of the ordinary and inexpensive. We... More

Food is very good (slightly modern despite the classic decor), but the wine list is weak and overpriced for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Good thing is that it is open on Tues when everyone else is closed.

If you go to Reims you definitely have to try this great and classic French diner. Food is top level and service not to formal. Strong recommendation....

The 3 of us took the degustation menu and although all the food was fresh, there was not a single spectaculair dish, not a single taste bom. All the food was nicely dressed but presentation and taste lacked the Michelin star touch. The restaurant has a 60 ies look and together with the bright lights is it not inviting for... More

Attractive, excellent (for the most part) MIchelin 1-star restaurant in an elegant 19th-century townhouse, with all the 1-star bells and whistles (artistic hors-d'oeuvres and amuse-bouche) in addition to the 4 courses making up our meals. Prix-fixe menus were good value for the quality, at E51 and E65 (menus with even more courses were available at higher prices). Ms. NHT's main... More

The entire evening was appropriate for a one-star restaurant. Of the six people working the dining room, half were women, including the maitress d', which was good to see. The problem was the spacing of delivery from the kitchen. That left a long time to sip from the bottle of champagne (14 pages on the wine list!), and the staff... More

We arrived early in Reims from Paris with luggage! Foch stored it for us until it was our lunch appointment. It is a very cozy fine dining experience. The food is really haute cuisine, modern french cooking at its best! They deserve a mitchalin star at least! The service is very professional, friendly and they described each dish as it... More

Visited last week and went with the €65 set menu which was supposed to be 3 courses but actually ended-up being 7! All of which were wonderfully presented and tasted amazing. We had Langoustines for starter, turbot for main and a choco praline for dessert. One of the best meals that I have ever had and fantastic evening. Champagne was... More

We enjoyed a very good meal of Michelin star quality. Service was efficient and pleasant, and they were helpful about translating their menu for english speakers with limited french. The only thing I could rate less than highly would be the atmosphere and decor which seemed slightly dull.
