La Bocqueria in Barcelona is the standard against which I measure food markets, and La Maison des Halles meets this standard, without the excessive crowds. Food displays are enticing and I bought lunch from stall holders who were pleasant and welcoming.
For a steak, this restaurant is really very good. Probably the best I have had in France.
