The restaurant is in the old section of town about 600 metres from the square. It has a very nice atmosphere with a small outside area. We sat inside for lunch, We both had grilled fish with vegetables which was outstanding. We both had millefieulle which was a winner with a bottle of water our bill was 59 Euros . Service... More

This place is very pleasing on the eye and on the palette. We had e wonderful meal here. The cooking is original, delicious and beautifully presented. This was one of the best meals of our 3 week holiday in France.

We selected the least expensive prix fixe option and it was an excellent experience for a very reasonable price.

Excellent value for the quality – it was full the night we ate so booking recommended - and it was open on Sunday. Service was attentive without being fussy and all courses were really good

This is a very small place and I don't think you would get in without reservations. We all had the menu at 27 euros. The service was irreplaceable. All of the items we had were excellent. I can't say that I have eaten a better meal anywhere.

One of the best meals you may ever have, anywhere. And only EUR 29 to 39 for four courses, I honestly don't know how they do it. This place may masquerade to an extent as "simple food executed well" but it's much more than that. Everything was spot-on from ingredients to preparation, to even adding touches like thinking of ways... More

We were recommended to eat here by our hotelier. There was a 4 course menu at 29 euros and it was all excellent. No point telling you the menu as it changes daily, but believe me, I love food and was very happy in Les Annees 30. The building and atmosphere are great too. Possibly a little more romantic than... We asked at our hotel about restaurants open on a Sunday. Our hotel manager gave us three names, but he said that this was his favorite. We took his advice. My husband and I each ordered the three-course menu with a cheese course for 40 E each. They started us off with a variety of amuses-bouche. It was a treat... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local. We decided to walk by and take a look at their menu after breakfast in Chinon, as we were deciding where we would go for dinner that night. We were immediately taken by the options available in the many courses so we decided that we would come back that evening. We... More
