Considering their prices (and the fact that it's France) the food was pretty embarrassing. My dinner was served cold AND over cooked, and the service was mediocre. Go somewhere -- anywhere -- else to eat.
Horrible place, worst service ever, do not eat there, very unpleasant people, we asked where was our food after waiting 1:30 and received very unprofessional comments. The best for the end the manager insulted us when we complained !!!!
Found this place after walking around blois. On one side they have open seating for drinks and across they have eating section. Wide selection of wines and beers...a bug selection of beers. Food seemed pub fair burgers salads etc. It was good..wine with me good....More
Our second visit here and it was ok. Staff won't win any prizes for greeting or welcome. Sat outside in a fug of smoke from another customer who thankfully left soon after our arrival. Ordered pizzas which were fine but expensive for nothing special. Cheverny...More
Le Clipper restaurant in Blois is a tourist trap that attract people due to their attractive outside terrasse under shaded trees. It is also an embarrassment to the restaurant and tourism industry in the Loire Valley and France.

The food was exceptional, great value & the service was super friendly. We visited with our two children and tried their coffee, smoothies, pizza, steak & pasta as well as the beautiful desserts. Highly recommend. (Dog friendly too).
