A little pricey but the most delicious cakes and patisseries!! We stopped off here after a long bike ride and the kids loved it. Worth a visit if you're in the area and fancy a treat.

Our family got a true experience of French desserts here. They are a delightful and patient set of hosts and their macaroons are out of this world. So are all the other pastries!

We had tea and croissants here as we had heard great reviews about this place It was fine but thought the price of the tea at 4.50 was a bit expensive

They have a wide array of delectable looking desserts. The staff was really friendly and polite. I really enjoyed their orange flavored hot chocolate. The best I have ever had. Would love to go back sometime.

French pastries with a historical twist. When in Amboise, you must visit, lustfully stare through the windows at the case, and then walk in and order something. Even better, stop at one of the cafe tables outside, sit, and order from there. It's a great corner location with the main streets in view, the chateau, the shops - and so... More

Really mean staff. We craved ice cream after 3 hours of bicycle. We had one but... We were not authorized to have a cone on the terrace, only cups... And then the friends of the owner arrived and all had cones on the terrace. Also, they made a point that we had to move the bike cause they were too... More

If you are in Amboise, this is a must visit. Whether having lunch or satisfying your sweet tooth, you will love this establishment. The variety of pastries and chocolate products is vast. The lunch menu and beverages extensive. We went twice in two days it was so good.

You can eat outdoors, you can eat in the cozy wood-paneled room or you can eat in the more modern room. What you will get are delicious baked goods and tasty meals served by people who know how to be warm and welcoming. We had lunch one day and then afternoon tea and pastries on three separate days. The smile... More

A long weekend spent in Amboise lead us to Bigot. We twice sat at one if their outdoor tables with coffee and a pastry. It was always so hard to choose, a showcase of lovely perfect treats. But the true highlight is the case of chocolates. I'm addicted to chocolate, especially ones with fancy flavors and fillings. Bigot had dozens... More
