First time dinning experience at this 1 start Michelin star restaurant. On arrival we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our table. Even though there was a group booking that evening it wasn't overly noisy to interfere with our dining experience. The amuse-bouches were incredibly well presented, inventive and extremely exquisite. Each course was beautifully cooked and presented and service... More

Entering this lovely room makes you slow down. The use of the shades of gray were so well placed. The tables were well spaced. This is a very busy restaurant with excellent service. Lots of amuse Bouche served n very quick order. The wine list is extensive with all prices and regions well represented. Overwhelming for the volume. Our main... More

This restaurant was one of the highlights of our holiday in France. A warm welcome, efficient and friendly staff, excellent food and a super wine list. Quite a few French people there.

Found this place by chance (thank you Trip Advisor!) on our way to the Alps, and what a delight it was. In spite of our somewhat dishevelled appearance after a long drive, we received a very friendly welcome. From start to finish (we had one of the set menus) our food was excellent. A varied selection to choose from on... More

We went with the menu wit 3 plats, cheese and dessert (79€), with foie gras as a starter, then fish, followed by the beef. All was very good. Along with the first two courses, the sommelier recommended a bottle of White (we asked for a Mâconnais), which coped well with these two different dishes. With the beef and cheese, we... More

We were a tricky lot to please- but this restaurant managed it. The menu was lovely and 4/5 of us found well thought out delicious food on it but one of our party does not like much!! However the kitchen managed to cater even for her with no fuss whatsoever. The food is delicious and deserving of the Michelin star.... More

The food and service here were great - and the great value made it even more enjoyable! Each course has some tasty surprise. The staff made us feel very welcome and made a great effort to help in English given our broken French. Was surprised how nice the dining room was as from outside the place looked a little dated...... More

What an amazing experience. Cooking like this is a real art. Worth the visit and will recommend it to anybody for a gastronomic experience superior to any ever tasted in North America. In North America the Finesse of preparing an amazing meal is absorbed by the impatience to make money. Nowhere in any city in France will they book 2... More

We believe that Stephan Derbord is one of the best restaurant that we have dinned! The atmosphere, the staff are just wonderful. Of course we have to mention about the Wife of the Chef! She is great! The meal was very good. We recommend this restaurant to any one who appreciates good food! Thank you to both Derbords!
