The place is a beautiful small place, with high quality food. Clearly they have earned their star ratings. We had high expectations, and they were met. The menu was a bit limited, and the portions on the small side, but that was as expected. Several of the dishes were very innovative. Not your classic french food... most items have a... More

Twenty eight seats inside. That's it. If you wish to make a reservation, do it as soon as you can. The venue is cozy and understated. The service is friendly and professional. The food is expertly prepared with imagination and great skill. Presentation is as if you are being served eatable works of art. The costs for the prix fixe... More

We had the '€60 menu saveur'; 4 courses and an amuse. The food was just excellent; fois gras de canard made like a 'pomme d'amour', deconstructed pigeon and desert with mascarpone merengue and strawberries. The accompanying wines (we asked the sommelier to choose) were exceptionel as well, e.g. a Meursault Premier cru and a Gewurztraminer Grand Cru (mind you; they... More

We took two friends for lunch as a thank you for hosting us for several days. The food was delicious, well balanced, beautifully presented and in quantities that allowed us to manage all the courses - just! The service was impeccable, the ambiance relaxed. We all went for the E78 menu which offered really interesting combinations of tastes and textures.... More

Excellent quality restaurant .We went for the 60 euro set menu . The food was imaginative and excellent. Service was charming and unobtrusive . They have very good wines around 45-65 euros a bottle but you can spend a lot more . The garden was quiet and our friends brought their dog . The chef came around at the end... More

We stayed 1 night at Beaune and had dinner in this restaurant which we compared the comments and liked more. So, we didn't fail... It was a great experience for french gastro. Taste, presentations and new generation formules in meals impressed me. I congradulate the chef.

Unusually for France, a good restaurant was open. We arrived at 1915 and were the 3rd table occupied. We were served straight away. The set menu I chose was E78, my wife had turbot at E43, so not TOO expensive for a 1star place. The wine was not cheap. The food was delicious. The service fine BUT the main guy... More

This small restaurant is outside the walled town but well worth visiting. We were the second table to arrive, but within 5 minutes it filled with 3 groups of jovial but very loud Americans. We could hardly hear each other. Perhaps the owners should invest in some sound-absorbing wall carpets. We went for the full “menu”. The Amuse Bouches were... More

We chose this restaurant from the Michelin guide. It has a Michelin star but is relaxed fine dining with a lovely buzzy atmosphere We had an amuse Boucher of tomato gazpacho to start which was intensely flavoured and delicious. My pigeon was tender and rich but the jus could have done with a longer reduction Our main reason for the... More
