Found this gem because I was stating at the Ibis at Port Maritime which it is 500 metres from. The menu is genuine French cuisine and caters predominantly for the "locals" which is always a good sign.

We were on our way to another part of Saint-Malo and happened on this restaurant. We were greeted by a lovely young woman. She said her English was poor, but we were able to understand each other pretty well. The food was excellent. We both...More

After a day of milling with other tourists in the walled town we decided to eat away from the crowds. This little restaurant is on an un presupposing stretch of road one street back from the beach and so fitted the bill perfectly. The owner...More

Smallish really friendly sea food restaurant. We sat outside with views down to the sea. The young lady who greeted us was very friendly and very helpful. The menu was mainly seafood, not extensive - good! - and everything was freshly prepared. We had the...More

Lovely freshly prepared food cooked to order. Very welcoming and attentive young waitress, nothing was too much trouble despite the fact that we arrived quite late. If we were staying another night we would have to go back again!

Once found , we returned three times. The food is very well prepared and presented and price is par for the course in this area. The menu selection is not large ,as there seemed to be only a chef and waitress and the wait between...More

We visited the restaurant in August after a day of getting lashed by torrential rain and gale force winds, we were therefore probably not the smartest dressed people they have have had. We did our best best in French and the waitress did her best...More

Stumbled across this delightful restaurant on a walk from our hotel. Delightful service, leisurely meal, amazing steak - one of the best I have had, cooked to perfection. €25 for three excellent courses was great value for money

Great food! Forego the sea view while dining and save enough for a beer in a waterside bar! Food was very well prepared and offered excellent value. Reasonable wine list, imaginative specials of the day. Either make a reservation or get there shortly after they...More
