A lovely, buzzy creperie with tables outside and on two levels inside; all of which were full the lunchtime we visited. Prompt, efficient service and delicious crepes and cider and they brought a carafe of water without even having to be asked. Really good, hot coffee

We have just ben sailing around Brittany and had the set evening menu at this restaurant and it was brilliant - I would have paid twice the price for it.

Sat outside for a wonderful lunch, range of options across the menu to suit 4 adults and 2 children. Seafood was good and well presented, good range of local produce> Staff helpful

My husband and I had a night out alone to enjoy an evening meal. We thought the service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The restaurant was nice inside and out. There wasn't much else open when we were there so although we didn't have much choice, we were pleased with our option

Service was quite good. The staff advised us to re-think ordering mussels as they are really small at this time of the year but quality is still correct. My partner went for mussels anyway and said they were good. I ordered a stuffed sea food dish and was surprised to see the fish was swimming in a bowl full of... More

This was a return visit for two members of the family after five years, and we weren't disappointed. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was freshly cooked and worth the wait. The plat du fruits de mer was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and the warmth of the real fire was most welcoming.

Such a choice of eating places in the old part of town. We chose this one as it looked quite busy. Very pleasant apart from the screaming twins(English of course!) Food was excellent and service was really good particularly as they were so busy. Would recommend.

We visited Le Penfret last year and enjoyed it very much so decided to revisit this year. Unfortunately not the same result. Firstly we were shown to a table for two which with hindsight we shouldnt have taken. We were close to the door which resulted in too much traffic of both staff and customers. Service was efficient but food... More
