My wife and I were directed here for lunch by our hotel staff as our room was not yet ready. It is located in the commercial port area, so it has a different atmosphere than if it were situated in a simple fishing village or a Port de Plaisance. Still, the community seems to have designated this as the restaurant... More

I have eaten here many times over the years when in Brest for business or pleasure. Probably my favourite seafood restaurant. Usually at the end of a sailing trip so we go for the up market menu by way of celebration. This time it was at the start of the trip so we went for the €19.50 menu. Still very... More

If you want to make love with seafood, come here. Triumph of crudite', with amazing crab, shellfish and oysters and then very well cooked and tasty grilled fish. I adore this place

Twelve adults, we dropped in on a Sunday, half hour before closing and they quickly set up a round table for us - We were served a Blanc-cassis while we waited! The waitress spoke very little English but she tried her best with a huge smile on her face. The food was delicious and very fresh!

Worst "meules" ever tried, small, tasteless, asked with no butter but served with butter, and a "poisson nobles" barbecue grilled dish priced 30 euro with 4 small and tasteless pieces of fish which were never grilled on a barbecue. Just forget about it...

If you are looking for an authentically fresh fish meal, this is the place to go in Brest. I think the fish had just come off he boat! The service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was very busy and we were a large group. The oysters were outstanding, and served. with the appropriate Breton accompaniments. Lovely ambiance and... A beautiful and romantic meal! Would highly recommend, especially the seafood platter! It is not the cheapest restaurant but you get what you pay for!

I came to this restaurant as the Tourism Office did recommend it to me. I was pleased with the choice : nice menu with lots of choices difficult to choose from, fresh products, very nice waiter who made sure I was comfy with the a bit of heating on and that I was not lacking of anything. I was just... More

I really enjoyed my lunch there and recommend the fish cooked in white wine. The fish was fresh, cooked to perfection and flavored very delicately. The lunch ended with some amazing bavarois. The people serving were busy yet so nice and so much a l'ecoute. My only complaint is that I was in a section of the restaurant with bad... More

Good hotel for a 2 star cheap and cheerful handy for everywhere in centre of town. The fresh fish is the best and beautifully cooked and served. The fruits de mer in May (outside months with an R in them) is a little thin and watery. Draw your own conclusions from that ;-)
