Location and contact

The restaurant arose in 2004 from the imagination of the star chef Denis Franc, which presides(officiates) at present in the detached house(flag) of boulevards in Bordeaux. Quaizaco at that time offers a traditional cooking(kitchen) , in a place in the surprising volumes, with a relaxed service(department). The Confidentiel team continue the same quality with concert live all weeks-end. 100 % homemade food - 100 % funny - 100 % traditional of south-west cooking

I got here with a 20% discount from Fork. Ordered 3 courses: homemade salmon, duck with pickled ginger and profiterolle with icecream and melted chocolate, accompanied by a glass of Bordeaux wine. Everything was delicious. Paid 40€ including tip.

Chic restaurant on the riverside in Bordeaux. Very French. Vegan options are ok. Service was ok from some but not all staff. Overall enjoyable.

We had salmon salad and it was good. Big portion and lots of salmon. The ingredients were well balanced. The degustation cheese plate was very disappointing as it was literally three (small) pieces for 10€. Wine and dessert ok. Service ok too and bill fair.

Friendly staff although noted a little bit of lack of information by some of the younger staff (nothing too serious though!). Very good quality of the good served although a couple of combinations in the dishes looked a bit too audacious. On the high side...More
