Panshop is run by an adorable couple of trained pastry chefs. Clémentine and Jérémie are passionate people who love adventure and sharing, to help you discover truly extraordinary blends of flavors.
I like to go there for brunch, tea, hot chocolate, with my children or friends.

This place is a little gem. We found it about a ten minute walk from our hotel. My only regret is that we didn't discover it our first day. The food and coffee are extraordinary. When we go back to Bordeaux, this will be our morning place.

Popped in for breakfast.
Nice choice of fresh croissants etc and various plates with pancakes. Delicious. Very friendly staff and a relaxed place to be.
