The place is really nice, the atmosphere and the furniture are really cool and fascinating. Tartines choice is not so large but you'll find something that you'll enjoy. Also, most of them are actually quite cheap. We didn't try the desserts but there were quite some in the menu. Large choice on drinks too.

I came here to have something sweet and coffee. I had the pie of the day. It was some kind of fruit pie with merange on top and was really good. The espresso cup was very cool. It was like a small oriental tea cup. The place itself looks very cool with all its vintage and retro decorations. The staff... More

Very simple but very good. Perfect for lunch, bred with rillettes or with goat cheese, and good beer and wine

Great casual atmosphere - happy place. Casual food, limited menu, good wine. Staff spoke some English and were very helpful in choosing food and wine. Felt very welcome as tourists.

My husband and I were so delighted to finally try the tartines at L'Epicerie. We thought that because the price was so low for each tartine, they would be small...so we each ordered two. BUT. They were quite large and an amazing value for the price. We loved all four that we tried and are excited to go back soon... More

Found this while looking for some lighter fare. Tomato soup and the Tartine's were excellent and great value. Be careful not to over order as the Tartine's are larger than we expected!

I still dream about their Tartines. Awesome little spot that serves as a quiet place to grab a bite to eat.

Would highly recommend it for a short stop during the day for something light to eat. Very small though and you have to be lucky to find a seat. Sandwiches are REALLY nice (although the salads are not).
