The coffee was great and the service was perfect. The lady with red hair was so friendly and helped us with our order since we can't speak french.

Thanks :) The PUR'team
Small place with only a few seats but definitely worth a visit. Tasty vegan options and great fresh juices. I furthermore like the philosophy of this place. And the toilet is quite interesting. ;-)

PUR does not offer totally gluten free options. They can't guarantee making things without cross contamination. Things which are marked gluten free are marked as well with contamination marking, so double check the items. Big thanks though that they say it clearly that it's not...totally gluten free. A pity though, dishes looked good.More
Thanks for your comment. We try to do our best to offer gluten free, diary free or vegan options (when other restaurants don't care at all), but we cant guarantee a 100% gluten free for coeliaque people because we cook all by ourself, in one...More
We stopped in here after an afternoon sight seeing, my partner was grateful for a juice after all the recent beer, the food was tasty although a little expensive:)More
Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time for this. Concerning our prices, here's the explanation : our (food) products are cooked and baked by real cooks and bakers, with fresh, local and mostly organic raw materials. On average, they're also cheaper...More
I ended up in Pur due to my diet limitations. It's apparently not that easy to find a vegan place in Strasbourg. Best decision ever!! Delicious food, homely cooked. They serve their hot and cold dishes in glass jars, that are later neatly cleaned and...reused. Nothing is disposable, except for the napkins, and you can ad some extra flavour to your dishes: there's jars with dried onion, mixed seeds, etc. available for free, so just help yourself. I didn't try the juices but they seemed very nutritious and full of flavour. Also judging by the quality of the vegetables used in the main dishes, the fruit could only be also local and organic. It's overpriced, like all vegan food, but for what it is, it's actually quite fair and semi affordable. Also, I was just visiting the city and the country and from what I could tell it didn't seem overpriced to the local people. Highly recommended, not only for the food quality but for their ethical principles.More

This is a company doing things right. The juices are delicious and they don’t use unnecessary plastic! The juice is served in glass jars with a paper straw. We got the large green spirulina juice and shared it. It was way more delicious than any...juice I’ve been able to make at home haha. We also loved the ambiance of this place. If you are looking for a local health spot this is your place!More

This little place is eco-friendly which is very nice ! They cook with vegetables and fruits in season, or at least try as much as they can, and avoid mistakes such as plastic containers or cutlery. Furthermore and just as important, it is GOOD. The...food is really good and the portions are just right ! Not a must but if you hesitate between this and a fast food or a low-quality restaurant choose Pur. Responsible and good.More

Good lunch spot and lots of options for my celiac (gluten allergy) wife. Tiny place that gets crowded fast but if weather is nice you can sit outside. Soups, lasagna, etc all good. Gluten free Brownie cheesecake was awesome!

Great food with a big selection of gluten free dishes, friendly staff and a cosy enviroment. Can't recommend it enough

Nice, good quality food, great coffee, friendly service! They speak English and are friendly when they hear it ;)

The menu contains a diverse option on salads. I had a thai salad which contained chicken pinneaple, and a coconut mango sauce. Furthermore the menu indicates whether a dish contains gluten, dairy products or meat. The dishes come in a bowl. In addition they also...offer fresh drinks made out of fruits and vegetables. I would strongly recommend this restaurant to all those who wish to have a light but enjoyable meal which very much differs from traditional alsacienne cuisine.More

The staff is very nice and the menu shows clearly which are the gluten free options. There are several offers to combine meals and get deals!

We found this cute little bistro while walking down la Grand Rue and when my gluten intolerant friend saw the words "Gluten-free", his eyes sparkled and it was a sure thing we need to give it a try. So the next day we entered the...door hungry from Colmar (which I recommend as well!) and loved it from the very first moment. Staff was really friendly, the waitress was easy-going and really communicative - that was great for us since it was a French-practising trip. We ordered Salat cajun with chicken, Lasagne vegetariénes, Carrot cake and returned the last day in Strasbourg to try Quiche de joure (one with carrot and sunflower seeds). Everything was delicious! I also loved the way they serve food - in glass jars or on paper trays, everything recyclable! The bistro offers vegan and lactose-free food too. Atmosphere was really nice, it was such a small place, but they worked really well with space and I'm excited to return in the summer one day, so we can sit and have a meal outside. I'd totally recommend it to anyone who wants to have something lighter to eat after all those sweet and rich food that Alsace offers and I'm excited to come back to Pûr, maybe even in another city.More

The restaurant is tiny and lovely. The portions are rather small, but as we went there for a small lunch it was alright. The Cho'coco was delicious. They had great options for vegans too!

We had wanted to visit for a while as its so cute from the outside. Appealing menu but food & drinks didnt meet expectations. Staff polite but not friendly and the place is so small you cant move - yet they want you to order...at the counter. We had 3 x cakes - two incl carrot cake was dry - no real flavour or zing. Average hot chocolate & cappuccino was more like a noisette... Dont understand what all the fuss was about and you can definitely spend €20 as we did more wisely...More
