Went there for a late lunch and we were most pleasantly surprised by the very friendly staff and quick service. Food was very good - really enjoyed the steak tartare.

OK - this is not a 100% Alsatian restaurant - you won't get sauerkraut and the like, but believe me it's really, really good. This is a very busy place (always a good sign) open late, with a mixed crowd, rather young. Excellent choice if you're staying in a center and wishing to have a nice evening meal, but be... More

This used to be a recommendable place, so we were looking forward to our visit on a Sundy evening. Unfortunately we weren't happy at all this time. The service was inattentive and sluggish, letting us wait a long time before bringing the menu list, before taking our orders and then again with serving our meals. The wines we ordered at... More

Plenty of tables but also nice low key bar area if you want it less formal. Great drinks choice, plenty of food choices between salad, meat and... More

Service was great. Location is great too. But the food was nothing exceptional. It was good but I was expecting so much better from this place.

We tried several restaurants in Strasbourg and by far La Hache was the best. The liver was unbelievable!

We reserved a table for lunch today having struggled to find anywhere good with space last night. La Hache has a laid back feel, friendly staff, and good menu of French staples. It's not too expensive (for two of us we paid about €85 for three courses and wine), and it is in a convenient location. Service was a little... More

The food was delicious and the service excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I felt really taken care of (dining alone while on a business trip).

Great selection of food - marinated pancetta on a bed of cabbage with lots of pureed potato on the side. Fit for a King!!
