The food was bad, the service was bad and to make it worse it was expensive! Probably one of the worst places I've eaten!

We had one of the choucroute dishes, with several different types of Alsace sausage and ham. Yummy, but delicious. We chose Alsace wines to go with it, Cremant to begin with, and then several carafes of Riesling! We sat outside in beautiful old town Strasbourg, La Petite France.

This is a restaurant on one of the main tourist walks through the area of Petite France and serves mainly a tourist trade, featuring traditional Alsatian items (such as sauerkraut). If you go there with that in mind, more for the atmosphere than the for fine cuisine, you won't be disappointed. Dinner for four with entrees, mains, aperitifs, wine, and... More

We had a mixed experience here, some aspects were very good, some not so impressive. First of all, we were lucky to head inside on a very busy Saturday night just before dramatic thunderstorm swept in. The place was empty when we arrived, it was full just ten minutes later. As a result, the service wasn't quite as prompt as... More

We ordered 4 plates and we have been 1 hour and 30 Minutes. The beer was hot. We personally don't recommend this restaurant.

We had been with some friends in Straßburg for the weekend. As we didn't excatly know where we will be for dinner we did not have a reservation. Most restaurants were fully booked so we had to check the restaurants at place. From outside and the marking on the house it looks really old, but in good conditions. We got... More

Sweet & cosy restaurant. Lovely staff which could also speak German. The seating arrangement is close (normal for Elsass as we found out). Food is very delicious. They serve delicacies, good for gourmet taste buds.

We had a comfortable lunch, "flammkuchen" and "lieblich" wine. It was really like in a home, you were warmly welcomed and the food was great, not too trendy, just what you need on a rainy cold day.

The building looks lovely, but at peak times in Christmas market season they seemed to be filled up beyond capacity. Recently recruited staff seemed overwhelmed, got the order wrong and added another table to our bill. The seats are hard, but suit the building. The food was cold as it hung around in a cold corridor until one of the... More

Food was very basic and expensive for what we got. Service was good/friendly. The restaurant was quite small but it lacked atmosphere as there was no music and the chairs and tables were very uncomfortable but they suited the overall decor.
