All dishes were terrific with seasonal recommendations. Prices are reasonable and the service was professional. It's not in Petit France which means not so turisitc or crowded but better quality for the same price. Highly recommended!

2 minutes walk from Petite France this place looks slightly nondescript on the outside but is lovely inside. The food, traditional Alsatian fare is very, very good indeed and the portions verge on the gigantic. Indeed unless the diner takes care it is easy to be overwhelmed by whats on his table. Service is very good and prices not exorbitant... More

We went to Fink Stuebel our first night after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. We returned our second (last) night. The food was excellent, the service was superb, and the portions were generous. The entree of onion tart was so tasty we had one both nights. The mains were delicious and so large we had trouble finishing them....but we did because... More

The staff and service were really something special. Attentive, good attention to detail, thoughtful and most importantly, invisibly present. My glass was always kept topped up. The food was excellent - flavoursome, rustic at times, but all the better for it. Being a lone diner, I had plenty of time to look around. Everyone looked really satisfied. Quite rare. Another... The quality of the cuisine, namely the one from Alsace is wonderful. We really enjoyed everything. The staff was also very helpful. To be repeated.

It's located near at the petite France. It's cozy and charming atmosphere made our day. I found it rather comfortable to dine not exactly in the very touristic area but an authentic dishes!

I loved this place! The food is excellent and so is the atmosphere. I would have eaten here every night if I could have! I had the foie gras as a starter and it was delicious. Three varieties made it interesting - - and a lot of food for the prize. I enjoyed chicken and veal I perry with a... More

The restaurant has an old time feeling. Dark. But food was very good. Tried the foie gras and the vol au vent.

The atmosphere is very cozy and warm, you can smell the fresh flowers around the restaurant when you walk around. And the food is very delicious. If you order sauerkraut, they will bring it in a big pot to share and it has many different types of meat including cabbage and potatoes. And their foie gras is definitely worth to... More

I go to Strasbourg from time to time and this place is my favorite (if you want to try local food). The food is amazing. I recommend "le poulet au riesling'.
