Great place for a quick bite. Freshly made, tasty burgers, and friendly staff. Staff provided fab recommendations, and they did not disappoint!

Great burger in the centre of Strasbourg. Firmer meat patty than I am used to. But lovely taste and bun holds everything together without going soggy. They make their own mayonnaise too. Can eat in or take out. Worth the visit.

We had the Stück burger and the Made in France and a small salad aside. Our burgers were ready after only 10 minutes waiting time and both were very good. The staff is very friendly. We'll be back for sure.

Had a black Angus burger, well done at my request and it was great. One of best I have had. Juicy, tasty, nice mixed leaves salad, house sauce and a great bun which I think they make themselves - or get a good baker to...make. This small place was a great surprise! It was raining, so we walked across the street from our hotel to the Stueck Burger for dinner and a beer. They liked the fact that we came from Texas, and were very interested in our opinion of...the hamburgers. We ordered our burgers medium-rare, and they came out pink with a hint of blood. They were perfect! It is difficult to find a hamburger like that in the USA because the health laws require that hamburger meat be cooked well-done to guard against E. coli infections. After eating, we told them c'est parfait! We highly recommend the Stueck Burger in Strasbourg.More
