We went into the store because everything we saw in the shop window looked so great. The Eclairs (with coffee flavored cream) were amazing!

We visited a few times whilst staying in the area, to pick up pastries for breakfast, dessert s and pies and cakes for picnics. All were fabulous, but I am still dreaming of the eclairs and the lightness of the sponge cakes

Range of dessert at Gilf is just delicious. Walking in and you may think you wanna try them all. Draw back is there is no place for you to savour your dessert there. Gotta take away only.

We found this place recommended on TripAdvisor, and, as we had to have breakfast, we went. GREAT CHOICE. The shop window was so much appetizing, it's really hard choosing something, everything seems so good and is so well presented. Macarons of course deserve a try,...More

We discovered the Patisserie Gilg on a walk around Colmar. The selection of pastries were vast and we thought our selection were outstanding. We thought the macaroons were delicious! The lady who helped us was friendly and delightful.

Went in with my wife and kids after I heard so much about this place, and was confronted with a very rude salesperson that simply wanted us out of the store with no clear reason. He kept rushing us to make a choice although we...More

For us, Patisserie Gilg had some of the most delicate, well-made macarons we had ever tried! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the range of cakes and small eats was huge. Incredible and we shall return whenever we are in the area.
