Restaurant recommended by our hotel and we found the food good. Good variety on menu and reasonable selection of wines, also available by the glass. Found portions to be a very good size. Service good.

We had lunch at this restaurant, lovely welcome, good service and the tarte flambe was SO good, I didn't think I'd get through it all but it wasn't a problem. My husband had one of the specials which was also very tasty. The ham on a spit at the entrance looked and smelt divine.

We, a family of four had lunch there on the terrace. Bouche à la reine for the kids, yum, and 3 tartes flambées! Yum, yumy, yumyer! :)) Very nice and quick service. The ice cream for desert was great! Merci beaucoup!

We went to this restaurant on the evening of our arrival; it was recommended for good tarte flambée by the hotel receptionist. The tarte flambée (we had the one with Munster cheese) was good indeed, even if we made the mistake of ordering one each as a starter course, which is WAY too filling. The rest of the food was... We had dinner here with a party of four, because it had a lot of tables available, when every other place was busy--- this should have tipped us off that something was wrong with the place. Food was mediocre and service was rude, but the piece de reisistance came that night when three of us became violently ill from food... More

The restaurant is situated near the historical center of Colmar, but on a quiet side.Fortunately, there's a big terrasse in this season, because it"s a tiny place. The full pork was roasting on the chumney at the entrance upon our arrival, which made our choice immediately!! You may even choose between fries, baked potatoes or salads to go with. But... More

The staff at Hotel Turenne recommended Maison Rouge. The restaurant is conveniently located. We had a variety of food and everyone was pleased. I insisted that we try the seared foie gras, which was delicate, yet incredibly flavorful. I ordered a martini, thinking Bond. Not what I expected but a simple misunderstanding on my part. A typical relaxing dinner in... More
