Tattu is absolutely amazing. The food is breathtaking and the pink skull cocktail DO NOT even get me started, wow! I am so impressed with tattu, they are effortlessly beautiful! Don’t get me wrong they put a lot of work in, but they have made...the restaurant look so beautiful and professional. The food feels like I am in my afterlife in heaven, it is absolutely phenomenal. As a vegan I am so impressed at how diverse they are and that they actually serve beautifully tasting vegan dishes. Creds to you Tattu!More

What an amazing outside the box idea!!!! We love dining at Tattu even though we live 70 miles away, whenever we visit Manchester we always make a point of going!!!! So in this lockdown when we discovered they were doing an at home food box...that you could cook at home and recreate the dining experience we jumped at the chance...... Firstly, the attention to detail is incredible. There is a booklet that comes with the box which has had so much thought put into it. There is an explanation of where the meat, veg and wine has come from, QR codes that shows a video of you cook and present the food, step by step instructions, cooking timeline, a list of all the pans etc that you will need to recreate the dishes and even a QR code with music that Tattu play in their restaurant to set the ambiance so that you can really feel like you are there!!!!! The dishes were so easy to recreate, even though I was nervous before hand, I really didn’t need to be cause every step was thought of and explained. We enjoyed the meal so very much!!!! If you are thinking about getting their food box, I would say do it!!!! 20 minutes and the whole lot was ready and it was just as good as eating out (minus the washing up at the end 😂😂) Thank you Tattu for doing this and I hope that you continue it after lockdown so we can enjoy your food more regularly than ever!!!!!More

We ordered three food boxes at £90 per box for a family of five total £270. Firstly we were led to believe by the website which gives the impression a limited preparation is required . Although we anticipated there is some cooking involved we were...not prepared for what arrived and the extent of own preparation. See pictures In a nut shell there is a handful of raw ingredients that you can buy from any supermarket for no more than £25 per box including the cheap bottle of red wine. As soon as we opened the box we realised that we had been misled and phoned/emailed the restaurant with a request for return and refund at this point none of the boxes had been touched all still sealed. The response from management Drew Jones was unapologetic and defensive blaming us for short sightedness not reading the fine print. He refused to take any responsibility to collect or refund the costs. With a patronising tone. We have raised it with our bank who have also looked on Tatu’s website and now treating it as an online fraud as website is totally misleading plus food not adequate for consumption poor quality. Terrible service using the excuse of covid to con people. Do not be fooled by the glitzy pictures on their website. Certainly have lost us as customers for life.More

Hello again. Whilst it is disappointing to have to defend ourselves publicly, based on your allegations and the previous threatening correspondence received from you we feel we have no choice but to do so. At home meal kits have become increasingly popular over recent months...More

I can honestly say that the food that I ordered was just as good as when I usually dine in. The staff were friendly and attentive, had a little bit of a wait but that’s completely understandable as it was busy. The food is worth...it and yes if you are like the bloke below expecting cheap inauthentic Chinese food this is probably not the place for you but if you are willing to pay premium prices for food that’s full of flavour then you won’t be disappointed.More

Firstly I will challenge the manager or anyone else to blind test there takeaway menu to your average local Chinese takeaway because I can confidently say my local Chinese takeaway was better than tattu food. Where do I start🤔 Ordered through there website and specified...timeslot of 7.30pm. Arrived early on the mad assumption it would be ready and waiting but was waiting until 8pm before the order was ready and in that time 3 people came in after me and left before me. They still charge the same price for takeaway as they do to dine in. We paid altogether £150 for a takeaway which I could of got better quality and taste from my local takeaway for a quarter of that price we paid. Customer service is pretty rubbish emailed a complaint which they've not even bothered to investigate. All in all if you wanna take your picture under the blossom tree for instagram go to tattu. If you wanna go for food save your money and go local. And I seriously will challenge anyone to do a taste test comparison and I bet you'd pick your local takeaway over tattu.More

This place is just amazing. The food is just to die for, cocktails are perfectly made, service second to none and atmosphere is great. Bar area to get drinks whilst you wait for your table, can also go back to the bar when you’ve eaten,...they have a live singer/DJ. We thought it was very reasonably priced the food was so good, up there with the best places we’ve eaten.More

3 of us are here at for lunch at the end of Oct 20. There are all appropriate Covid measures in place so no worries on that front. Beautiful looking restaurant with lovely private booths, the ambiance is elegant and classy absolutely nothing to fault...on that front. Recieved excellent customer service throughout our meal, served us with fab cocktails, the waiter was attentive but not intrusive and friendly but not over familiar. Gave us information about the food and what side orders went best with each dish. The food was amazing - we had chicken band and singapore noodles and rice and other side dishes, really tasty, presented well and we all reallly, really enjoyed our meal. Hadn't visited here before but will definatley be returning - can't fault anything about this place, loved it, when lockdown is over make sure you visit and give them the custom that they so deserve.More

I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank-you to you all for a wonderful experience yesterday afternoon. Our first time at ‘TATTU’ and it lived up to all our expectations. It saddens me that establishments such as yours, that are observing all social distancing guidelines...and Covid precautions, are having to close once again. I find it absolutely ridiculous and I feel for you all. Suffice to say, we will be gracing you with our presence again…………hopefully sooner rather than later; but in the meantime, stay positive, and hope that you all come through this current situation unscathed. Best Wishes, thanks, and stay safe peeps….. Gary & CarolineMore
