Ok, so the food tastes good, as long as they cook it how I want. I object to being told how my steak ought to be cooked, I know how I like it! And then there's the decor. It's like being in the centre of a herd of friesans, with all the black and white hide stuff. I may be... More

We went as a family for a special occasion meal and Gaucho did not disappoint. The array of steaks and sides is fabulous and the explanation of the different cuts on offer by bringing them over to show whilst they are explaining is such a unique way of ordering. One down side is the price of the wine, with the... More

My first time at Gauchos after it being recommended several times by different people. From the moment you walk through the door you receive a 5 star service until the minute you leave! Upon entering you feel as if you have really have gone somewhere special for the evening. From offering you the chance to sit and relax with pre... More

This is my "go to" restaurant for special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, get togethers or if simply fancy treating myself. From the moment you enter, the restaurant oozes class, I would say "Relaxed fine dinning". The service is superb, from maitre D greeting to the waiters, you're made to feel very welcome and special indeed. And the food...... Superb. This is... More

Unlike their other restaurants you're not greeted with a reception area here and instead walk straight into the bar. It was busy when we arrived which made it a little difficult to find our bearings and we even debated briefly whether we'd used the correct entrance. However upon finding the desk at the rear of the bar area, despite being... More

We ate at Gauchos two weeks ago on a Saturday night, even though it is their busiest time of the week all the staff from the moment we walked through the door were so attentative and knowledgeable of the food and drinks. Katie B who was our waiter was brilliant and the food was fantastic can't wait to go again.

We visited Gaucho for a late lunch. The food was wonderful and the staff were knowledgeable about both the food and wines. We cannot praise the staff more highly- so friendly and helpful.

We went for a meal on Saturday night after a recommendation from a friend and had a fantastic time. Peter who served us was brilliant. He was efficient and extremely knowledgable about everything on the menu including the appropriate wines to accompany the different types of meat. Excellent food, great atmosphere and we would recommend the experience to anyone
