My husband thought the food was very good but as we waited so long by the time it did arrive I did not really feel like it. We were offered a complimentary drink each while... More

Been here many times while visiting family it's well worth the trip over the woodhead !!!!! Been to a lot of places that offer carvery however this one is by far the best always very full afterwards !!!!! 10 out of 10 service is always spot on no complaints from us see you next week all being well.

Love this place. Every member of staff here is so welcoming and the food on the carvery is superb. Thank you all you lovely people at the Queens, for giving us somewhere to go where we know it will be delicious and great value for money every time! :)

On more recent occasions we have gone to celebrate a birthday or anniversary we have been squashed in like cattle. Our last visit the restaurant was packed and there were 12 of us packed in against the wall. We... More

We ate at the Queens Arms over the weekend and found the food and service excellent and really good value for money. Two of us had the steak and kidney pudding and were allowed to help ourselves to extra vegetables from the carvery (as much as we wanted), and one had the full carvery. Highly recommended.
