Lots of people report poor experiences here but that was certainly not the case on a recent visit. The staff were exemplary and helped made our evening special (although attracting them to the table to ask for the bill was a challenge!). Our starters were good (tomato trilogy, black risotto - which was perhaps a little too heavy with parmesan... More

Booked online and as the only available time was 9.15 pm most people were finishing their meal when we arrived and the restaurant emptied out quickly, therefore I do not understand how we ended up having to wait 40 minutes for our mains as clearly the kitchen couldn't have been busy (there were only 3 tables occupied including ours). After... More

An overall disappointing trip. Service was incredibly slow. We were seated right behind the front door despite there being lots of tables free. Lovely bottle of wine! Incredibly bland and overpriced food. However, crime brûlée lifted the mood slightly.

We went for dinner and the experience was sorely lacking.Poor service probably the fault of the kitchen rather than the waiting staff. The food was under seasoned and lacked flavour. No depth in any of the courses. My desert,on the menu as a fruit tart was a shortbread style biscuit with some diced fruit on it. We will not be returning.

Staff are fantastic. Friendly and professional. Set menu, although limited to 3 options for each course, is amazing value at £20! All 3 courses were delicious and the wines are great too.

Before 63 degrees moved in, this played host to the uninspiring Market Restaurant. Unfortunately the standard hasn't changed. To start with, we were informed that their signature chicken dish wasn't available. Not great given a limited menu, but forgivable Whilst waiting for our order, the floor fooded from a glass cleaner and was mopped up around us. Ok as a... More

I visited 63 degrees on Saturday with my mum and dad who had been a few times before and absolutely loved it. It was a special occasion and thought this would be the perfect place to go and I was extremely excited because I had heard so many good things about it. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed the drinks took... More

At what point is a set menu a special off. On asking for the bill I was informed that I was unable to redeem the voucher as both myself and my sister had the set menu. So at the end of the day what was supposed to be a treat ending up costing over a hundred pounds. If a set... More

Spending some long overdue time with my mother Saturday just gone, shopping for my impending wedding and we stumbled across this place in Northern Quarter. We were impressed by the décor and thought we were in for a real treat. We ordered from the set menu as the dishes sounded very tempting. My mother's started came with the addition of... More

I was looking forward to the tasting menu, which had whetted my appetite when I read the sample menu online. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations, nor the standards which I have found elsewhere. First of all, I must say how good the service was: pleasant, attentive, helpful - just the job. And we liked being in the... More

Our celebrated restaurant is re-opening in bigger and better premises in the former Market Restaurant on High Street in the Northern Quarter.

A brand new location. A brand new menu. The same exquisite French cuisine

And to celebrate our move, we have new menus and a new wine list.

Our goal has always been to bring you a taste of Paris, with dishes such as our Pea consomme and poached quail egg, Pan fried sea bass, Duckling fillet, chocolate fondant and, of course, coffee served at the perfect temperature - 63°.

As well as more covers, our wonderful new premises means we can now offer our diners an outside terrace and private function room.

One thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to serving exquisite French cuisine in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

We look forward to welcoming you to our new home.
