I have visited this establishment numerous times and on all occasions the service food and cleanliness has been amazing. It's a very quirky tea room with an Alice in wonderland theme. Highly recommend

What a great place to meet friends for afternoon tea etc. We are four ladies who love to eat and drink . We decided to have the award winning cheese and onion pie. Delicious and the chips were home made. Cakes galore . Champagne cocktail . Go for it girls .....and boys.... meet up chat and relax in wonderful surroundings... More

Came here as a special treat for daughters birthday. Three of us had the Queens Tea We couldn't finish it even though we gave it our very best shot. The savoury pastry and scones were still warm. The sandwiches were dainty and tasty. The cakes delicious. They were happy to swap daughters pot of tea for juice. It was busy... More

Our dining experience was brilliant. The decor was amazing, very mad hatter themed. The food was delightful for its size and quite possibly the nicest fruit tea we've ever had. It was busy, and it was a little loud, but it didn't dampen the mood. The service was very good, checking back on us and being very smiley, especially Adelle... More

Back again and with complex food allergy order. And the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. And the place? Amazing. Even down to individual China tea sets and proper tea strainers. It's the attention to detail. 5 star as always.

The room looks great with plush decor, we had lunch (Lancashire pie & chips, cheese and onion pie & chips) the portion was barely bigger then a child's portion, considering each meal was nearly £11 each I find that very disappointing. For two meals a tea and coffee we paid £29 .... needless to say we won't be making a... More

I love the atmosphere! I went with all my family, I don´t know if it was becuse it was boxing day or because it was late but the guy that received us told us that they didn't have table at that moment and that we had to come back later, he told us an hour. We saw the place and... More

Fantastic and private location. Great service, nothing was too much trouble (considering I was with the worlds fussiest man). The decor really is as beautiful as the photos (if not more fabulous). All ages, all types, and just really really lovely. The food was delicious. My favourite was probabaly the minestrone soup. Thanks guys!

Had a great afternoon tea experience but a little pricy. It was 25 each for afternoon tea with a glass of prosecco. Be prepared for a long wait if you go at the weekend as they don't take bookings for parties less than 4. Food was pleasant but have had better. Staff were pleasant polite and efficient
