Good quality/price ratio. Friendly service. Noisy place, not perfect for business talks. Fine, but limited wine selection. Some are overpriced.

My girlfriend and I are staying in Manchester in a few weeks to celebrate being together 3 years. I am planning on asking her to marry me. Would this restaurant be a suitable/romantic environment to propose to her in?

Basically, yes, it would be fine. Some alternatives to consider nearby might be Piccolino's or Gino d'Acampo or, completely different, the champagne bar at Selfridges before dinner at any of them. Good luck.
do they serve halal food
