Great location with amazing views lovely cocktail made by the bar man who we believe was training another guy working with him. A guy sat behind them in a laptop who we thought was maybe the manager got up and walked round and then got...a drink at no point did he interact with any staff and certainly no customers. All other staff walking round did not interact with any customers and nobody smiled apart from the girl downstairsMore

Great experience for anniversary date night. The drinks were well prices with a great variety to choose from. The porterhouse steak, peppercorn sauce and truffle parmesan fries made for a great meal to share. Definitely revisit :)

While the location and view cannot be faulted. The service leaves an awful lot to be desired. We came as a large group to celebrate my son’s wedding and wanted some Prosecco. With no table service the terrible bar service let the venue down. Standing...in a queue for almost 15 minutes while one bar man, who was clearly out of his depth, battled while his colleagues swanned about is NOT how you run a successful venue! While I may be back it won’t be for the service!More

5 star! Excellent service, elegant and sophisticated decor, quality food and catered very well for gluten - free. Value for money, the standard of a high end resturant but not as expensive. Under £200 for 2 of us 3 courses (no alcohol)

A group of 6 friends had a reunion lunch last week. From our arrival to departing the experience was top notch. Cocktails to start while waiting for our table were magnificent- my Miss Earl Grey was so good. We were seated in a booth and...all chose the set 3 course menu, which was excellent value for money. High quality food- ham terrine, followed by salmon for me, and a hazelnut dessert- all of which were as pleasing to the eye as they were when tasted. Wine list had a decent variety and price- you could blow the budget if you wanted! Of course, for a restaurant of this calibre you expect good service, which was also the case. Liam, who greeted us,was all that Manchester represents- confident with a hint of cheek that just topped of our visit. Fantastic! If you are in the city I would recommend a visit.More

Attended 20 stories and our lovely waitress was Olivia. She was attentive and even congratulated our friend as she remembered we were enjoying a graduation meal, even brining a congrats plate out with a small cake after we had finished eating. We had the virgin...experience 3 courses all of which were delicious. Would highly recommend great value for price.More

We visited for lunch for my partners birthday and it was just perfect. The food was the best food I’ve had in a while.. we went to Dakota in the evening and the food at 20 stories was much better in our opinion. The staff...were brilliant, so attentive and gave lots of recommendations and were just nice to chat to. Will definitely be returning.More

We went to celebrate my sons 21st birthday which was on a Sunday so a few of us had the roast dinner option which was extremely poor. The meat was OK but the roast potatoes were inedible, the Yorkshire puddings very tough, hardly any gravy...and it was all lukewarm. To top it off they didn’t have any apple sauce to go with a roast pork dinner! It is a very expensive restaurant and we were expecting top notch food as it was a treat for all the family and we were very disappointed. Will definitely not go back. The view is good from up there but that’s about it.More

Overcrowded and only found a seat after 45 minutes. Service was quite slow but waiters were friendly & attentive. Great cocktails, atmosphere, music and the view was nice. Would definitely come back again when it’s less busy.

Shocking service. The staff who think they are better than everyone could not organise a drinking session up in a brewery. They sat us down half an hour late therefore not leaving us enough time to eat before our next reservation. They then said we...had to eat or would be charged a £20 fine each. Because of their shoddy organisation we all ordered soup to avoid paying more on a fine. It was near enough cold and tasted like a cheap shop bought jar of pasta sauce. The drinks are over priced and the manager on the day was not helpful. DO NOT GO HERE. Spinningfields has so many other bars with decent service, staff and food. Shame it’s not this one, first experience here and all ruined to even want to bother again. *edited as they weren’t happy with the language originally used*More
