Pretty basic sushi, better than yosushi, and decent hot food. Really good the the price if you get the set menu, would receommend a visit to the dessert room after as it is just upstairs

Love this place. The sushi is the best in Manchester in my Opinion. Plenty of option. The belt is always full. They offer take out sushi platters now too. Also a dessert room has opened upstairs. Yet to try that! Tried a banana bubble tea... weird but good. Only downside to wasabi is the restaurant is small and a little... More

Not ideal for large groups as you have to sit around a conveyor belt but for a couple of you you annoy beat it. The offers are amazing with any dish from the belt £1 at certain times. The sushi is fresh and plentiful. The deserts are out of this world especially the pandas waffles.

Great little place in China town - good selection of running sushi, which is very tasty. The menu items are yummy - very good Yakisoba, delicious Miso soup. Overall, very good value of money (especially if you go for a set menu), and friendly staff. No complaints.

Not only was this the worst japanese restaurant, this was the worst restaurant of any kind I've eaten in. The tuna sashimi was inedible. I don't think it was tuna. The soya sauce and other sauces were watered down. The food was simply terrible. I didn't try it but the sushi on the conveyor looked awful, there a long time... More

Fab sushi and main meal deal... £ 9.95 for 3 sushi dishes and a main rice/noodle dish is fab value and great quality. Fresh food and option to order if what you want isn't on conveyor. Staff friendly and helpful and nice little location in middle of China town. We went upstairs after to three Dessert Rooms. Cute little area... More

service is almost non existent. no words are spoken to you almost. we went to pay and they don't say thank you or anything, I ended up saying thank you.... when I'm paying lol. deep fried milk balls looked like they had been on the belt for awhile, I asked for fresh ones, I even watched them take it off... Wasabi is an absolute gem of a restaurant, convieniently located within china town un manchester i have visited several times with friends now and every time it never fails to impress. For the money you really cant grumble at the food, i usually order the £8.95 pork ramen and sushi set, which again completely outshines the likes of yo sushi... More

Visited on a Wednesday lunchtime for a casual business meeting. All seating is around the belt with the kitchen at the end. The best thing about this place is all plates off the belt are £1 - amazing when you think of the prices at nearby Yo Sushi in the Arndale. We ate from one of the set menus -... More
