We ate at the Bakers Arms recently and were very disappointed with the quality of the food. Everything was microwaved. The broccoli, carrots and cauliflower had been pre cooked and then microwaved to heat them up. The baked potato was a potato that had been microwaved so that the best part - the skin- was not crisp at all. The... More

Enjoyed visiting The Bakers Arms for Sunday lunch with visiting family. Enjoyed sitting outside in the garden, where the youngest member of the party enjoyed playing on the equipment. Lovely pub, with good choice of drinks. Food was variable and possibly not best suited to a warm Sunday. Noted the roast beef was very well done. Would have prefered the... More

We had dinner in this lovely country pub twice during our stay in nearby Chipping Campden. On both occasions the service and food was excellent and washed down with with the superb real ale on offer it made for a perfect evening. I would recommend The Bakers Arms to anyone visiting this area.

We visited as a family on a Saturday lunchtime. The beer garden is lovely and perfect for families as there is a small green with swings. The food is great value and very good. The owners are lovely and we were made to feel very welcome.

We have enjoyed a lovely meal in this cosy village pub. Very welcoming barman and waiter serving us. As a family with young toddlers we always struggle with evening meal times. However, the barman welcomed us and showed empathy by offering a choice of children's games to keep them happy and occupied. Although there was no children's menu, they could... More

We stopped using this pub when the tenants tried to turn it into a Bistro at the expense of the local drinking community. Thankfully those days are over and the new tenants (as of Oct 2015) have found a great balance between wet and dry trades. Great to see a lot of old faces back alongside many new visitors.
