Ate here with family, there were four of us in total. The restaurant itself is a lovely small place, family owned and the service is so friendly, polite and genuine. The food was all round delicious, I had the spinach and ricotta ravioli for main. Desserts were lovely, chocolate fondant was perfect. Such a nice touch when Giovanni the chef... More

Really friendly staff, the chef always comes out to chat to you, which is a great touch, just to make sure everything is good with the food - it always is! The food is simply delicious, good portions and the house wine is good too.

We visited here with some friends last night and it’s the first time we’ve been for a while. I love Italian cuisine and finding a really good Italian is unfortunately not so easy in Solihull, you have to head into Birmingham for better. The restaurant is a nice place to be, situated in the colonnade in Dickens Heath. There were... More

Three of us, including one vegetarian, enjoyed a mid-week dinner here. Scallops were a special appetizer that evening, with an very flavorful sauce. We each had a pasta entree, and the waiter suggested that my seafood one might be better with risotto than the spaghetti listed on the menu...a much appreciated suggestion & it was! The restaurant offers smaller lower-priced... More

We went for a midweek birthday meal (four of us), there were only a few other diners so it was difficult to tell what the ambience would be properly like. The food we had was all very good but the waiters were in-attentive and the service slow and poor. We didn't want to be rushed through our meal but you... More

A very warm welcomed us to this little gem and we were shown to a table by the window. We had a drink while we perused the menu and they advised of extra specials, however we chose from the main menu. I ate from the set dining offer and had a delicious pancetta and papaya salad served with walnuts and... More

went here as a party of six. we all had starters and mains plus side dishes. Everybody enjoyed their starters but only two were happy with their mains. I have given it a low score because the prices are as expensive as cello in Birmingham but the food and service are of a much higher standard in cello.

Good service from a friendly staff who went out of their way to make us welcome. The food was cooked fresh to order and water, together with bread and oil, was provided automatically. The menu was more than adequate and we were not rushed to finish and leave. Altogether a very pleasant evening which I have no reservation in recommending... More

Very good service and excellent food, fresh and cooked to order so expect a little wait, but worth it. A good menu and we were not rushed off after our meal.

This is a family-run restaurant which has never disappointed us. We've been there many time and it's always been good.
