My husband and I had a dinner inclusive room rate when staying at the hotel. The menu choice included in our rate was very good - better than other hotel chains we have stayed at. The food was lovely and the service was efficient and attentive.

The food was OK but not great. The staff were friendly but not trained and appeared amateur. The décor was dull which did not create a great atmosphere.

We ate in the restaurant on one night of our three night stay at the hotel. Service was friendly, professional and efficient and the food came quickly and was very enjoyable. What more can you ask for. The young lady waitress of Canadian origin was entertaining!

We are lucky enough to be able to stay and eat at a significant number of 4 star hotels and are often left feeling cheated. Not so here, the food was delicious.

I've stayed at Puckrup Hall several times and most recently had dinner with a colleague in the hotel's Balharries restaurant on two consecutive nights. Eating elsewhere is not straightforward due to the hotel's rural location, so luckily the above average prices are justified by the a la carte menu and thankfully they manage to achieve their fine dining offer in... Limited but good menu. Something for most people. Good attentive service. Flexible eating, either in restaurant, for groups or in an anteroom for much quieter eating.

My family and I enjoyed a lovely dinner. We have to say a big thank you to Amanda and Marta who were very friendly and attentive. The service provided these two was fantastic. I had ordered the ravioli which was Devine despite the corners a bit burnt. Full of flavour and it went down a treat for sure. The wife... More

We dined here while staying at Puckrup Hall. We had a very long wait for the olives, houmous & pitta bread that we ordered as a shared starter, then another very long wait for our main courses. The serving staff were handling out bread rolls to keep diners going. When our mains arrived they were mixed. My lamb dish included... More

We stayed at Puckrup Hall and decided to have dinner at the hotel the first night. The food was so good, and reasonably priced, that we wound up eating here 5 of the 6 nights we stayed at the hotel. The soups were wonderful. Ceasar with chicken delicious. Baked Camembert with bread also delicious. Peruvian chicken, Mmm. There was not... More
