Have been here several times, it's a popular after work venue if you don't want to spend much. It wasn't busy, a few family groups but it had a negative affect on us waiting for food. 20 minutes for starter, 30 minutes for main. The manager was very apologetic and offered free dessert which was declined due to time restraints.... More

The restaurant was disgusting. Despite asking several times to book a table I was told there was no need to, then when we went for a meal they could not fit us in as they claimed they where full (lots of empty tables that hadn't been cleared). Extremely poor service with staff who denied speaking to me 5 mins earlier,... More

Booked only for convenience as it was attached to the Premier Inn and we didn't want the hassle of going elsewhere after a long afternoon at the wonderful Harry Potter Studios. The male member of staff that, eventually, served us was sullen and unhelpful, not even offering an apology for us queuing to place a drink/food order for over 15... More

Greasy unhealthy food. Prepared by amateurs. Even breakfast wasn't great as they served stale croissants. Friendly staff, nothing wrong with that. Guess I just don't like the traditional poor quality of British food.

A quick visit after work was rewarded with very tasty food (spinach and feta lasagne) and excellent customer service from Tyler. Will definitely visit again as so many deals on it doesn't have to be expensive.

We visited this restaurant last week. We have recently moved to the area and wanted to try it. Menu has a good range and they have themed nights. Food was standard quality slight wait. Nice for a one off meal.

Used this resto (whilst staying in attached Hotel) several times over several years. I would not recommend Sunday lunch. It is convenient for those staying the Hotel. Food is what everyone might expect. Staff can be disinterested at times. Prices are perhaps a little too high. This in no way reflects on the excellence of the Hotel it serves. Which... More

I ordered chicken & rib combo meal which to be frank was absolutely disgusting. If I wasn't using business expenses I would be asking for my money back. The chicken arrived with no flavouring and it tasted like it was 10 years old, is also had a very odd smell that was not appetising, I did not eat more then... More

We stayed at the adjacent premier inn and used the restaurant for breakfast. The all you can eat offer can be a bit hit and miss, but in this location was very good, staff were friendly, helpful and the food hot and fresh
