Wanted a tasty snack for lunch and had a lovely fluffy tuna filled jacket potato. Would you like anything with that? How about some sweet corn. No problem. It took a little time but it arrived with a side salad and was nicely presented. Job done with a tasty latte.

I've come to this lovely place to eat many times. The staff are very friendly and I've never been disappointed with the food. When eating in the basement you tend to be forgotten about. It would be lovely to see more VEGAN and VEGETARIAN options on the menu for those that are. There are so many vegan options that can... More

My husband and I visited for lunch as we had passed it so many times and it was always busy. We had omelette, hand cut chips and tea. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. The portions were very generous and the restaurant was very clean. All in all a lovely experience. We will be back.

Went today as wanted to go somewhere different. Lovely food. Chips hand made although to salty for me, would think most would like them. Brie and the homemade onion chutney absolutly delightful. Partner had sausages again really tasty. Would go again and not overpriced either!

In a busy town centre, an oasis of calm. Excellent menu with much choice. Tasty food. Clean and nicely decorated. Gluten free options. Good for breakfast/ lunch/ coffee stop.

Just had the Stilton Mushroom and Rocket Burger from here. Absolutely gorgeous! The burger itself was fantastic and the chips were amazing! Chunky, skin on and crispy. Quick and very friendly service - the atmosphere is great.

Went in, yesterday, with my wife to have lunch and as directed, went downstairs to seat. Waited for a considerable amount of time and as there was no sign of being served, we left. Terribly disappointed in being ignored for a long time and this is my first bad experience to date of a restaurant.

Great service with great food, both in quality and quantity. We both had the living cafe brunch, produce had incredible flavours and was well cooked. I also had a banana, oat and honey smoothie which was just right whilst waiting for the freshly cooked breakfast.
