I love Harveys.....I have lunch here with friends on a regular basis, the staff are wonderful, friendly and efficient. The whole menu is lovely (I've tried every dish on it) and very reasonably priced. There is an extensive wine list and the cocktails are amazing and also reasonably priced. I've even popped in for breakfast which was huge with everything... More

Nice place just hits the pocket hard. Visited around 2weeks ago and did enjoy the food and the several cocktails that were consumed but only realised the day after upon checking my bank balance that this place could not be a regular place for me each round came in excess of £30 so will probably have to limit visits to... I rarely visit Bolton but on the day before going on holiday I had lunch with my husband and was delighted to find that standards were still as great as our visits in the past. We thoughougrly enjoyed our lunch and nice glass of wine. I can definitely recommend the Tapas dish and my husband had the club sandwich which... More

I regularly visit Harvey's and when my parents advised they'd be in town I suggested we meet here for lunch. They were very pleasantly surprised as they hadn't been before. As it was the school holidays, the kids' meals were only a pound! I had the New York burger which was substantial, and my daughter had chilli and rice. Both... More

First time eating at Harveys and we were impressed. Friendly efficient staff, nice wine (wife is very particular about her rose and this one had a real depth of flavour, not your usual pg or white zin). We both ordered off the specials board, goan fish curry (nicely spiced with plenty of fish) and a halloumi, aubergine burger. Both very... More

Came here with my children to meet a good friend who hadn't seen in over 10 years, food was ok but wudnt say fantastic, staff walking round like they don't want to be there or care, wudnt bother going back. Wasn't made to feel welcome with my children and friends child.

Ate lunch there today, had the chili beef enchiladas and a nice cuppa. Waitress was really lovely. Food was really tasty, the chips were absolutely yummy. My only criticism is the horrendous smell of urine in the corridor leading to the toilet. The toilets themselves didn't smell but the corridor needs steam cleaning!
