We came as a couple for a catch up over brekkie We both ordered large type full cooked brekkie which were good. Sausage wasn't nice but everything else was ok they serve the nice fluffy white toast you love to soak up the runny egg and beans. Service with a smile and at 930 am was quiet so didn't wait... Really good place, traditional cafe, the usual stuff, but better quality than in most other places. Menu seems on privet side when you first look, but when you see what you get for your money, you realise it's really good value. This is proper food cooked properly, with proper tea ( from a proper teapot), and proper coffee. All served... More

I was thinking of going for a breakfast here but then I remembered the breakfast is turd. If you like cold sausage uncooked egg white and stringy bacon fat then this is the place for you

Worst place I've ever visited, service was awful. Waited 40 minutes and got the wrong food. The staff serviced people who came in after us. I will never visit this place again

I am a regular to this café and have never been disappointed. Hamid and Kathryn always try to accommodate any special requests. They are only too happy to please and the banter between the staff and customers is a credit to the relaxed atmosphere that they have created. The food is cooked to order so be patient at busy times,... More
