Disappointed to say the least. I paid £11.40 for an ocean burger. The waitress came over to our table and dumped the cutlery and condiments on the table. No hello or smile. My burger came out and even the waitress, not the same 1 knew it was not right saying it was so small the chef returns half of the... More

Go here quite a bit as we work nearby. The food is always good, full of flavour and a great range. Have enjoyed all meals I've had from here.

One of Derby's best pubs. Atmosphere is always friendly and relaxed, plenty of beer choice, food is great and Sunday roast is really enjoyable. The outdoor seating area is the best place to be on a warm evening.

Brought a pint. It was in a dirty glass. Fair enough, it happens and I'm not going to hold that against the average pub! Took it back. The barmaid took the glass round the corner of the bar and came back with a drink in another glass that was 3/4 full... which is about the amount I drank. Personally I'm... More

I've started visiting the Greyhound weekly with friends and have to say I have no complaints. The food is superb and prepared excellently, the drinks are numerous and reasonably priced and the staff are polite, friendly and ensure your visit is a good one. I highly recommend popping for a pint and one of ther3 delicious Sunday dinners!

This was my first experience of a american style burger in what I can only describe as a trendy, contemporary bar/pub on the outskirts of the city centre / ring road. One of the original pubs from the "Derby Mile" make this a great stop in summer due to their fantastic beer garden and selection of drinks. The food is... More

We sat in the courtyard downstairs having made the visit to enjoy the advertised newly upgraded "Garden Area" on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately the upstairs deck which we previuosly visited and enjoyed was chained off: was this where it had been upgraded? However, to be fair it was very quiet in the pub so probably did not justify opening... More

Thank you for your comments. Both the upstairs terrace and lower garden have benefited from an upgrade and should always be open so we can only apologise that it wasn’t open when you visited. Our burritos which are served with a salad garnish are one of our popular dishes and always get positive reviews so we were disappointed to hear... More

Great food, especially the extensive range of burgers, which all come with the best chunky chips in Derbyshire. Very friendly staff and reasonsonable price!

Good pub more on the way out of Derby but well worth a visit.Good real ale well kept. We were looking for the darker ales and tried the dashingly dark - a lovely pint.

Lovely pub, just been refurbished and has a great beer garden! Plenty of offers on and also have a great pub quiz on a Monday. Haven't had chance to try the food yet but heard great things and they have a great 2 for £12 lunch offer so will be returning soon!
