We are frequent visitors to Harrogate and we stumbled upon this tea room above a chocolate/sweet shop. We had a scone and a cup of tea and a white mocha frappe and cherry and coconut cake - all delicious and a well deserved rest and refuel after shopping!! We will be back next time we are in Harrogate!!

This little cafe sits above a gift selling shop and was well worth a visit. We spotted same from the hotel where we were staying. We're so glad we went as our visit was well worth it. My husband enjoyed his fruitcake served with cheese, whilst I had a piece of fruitloaf with butter - absolutely delicious. We both tried... More

My husband treated us to a lovely afternoon tea before we headed home. This cafe above a sweet shop is a traditional tearooms with a lovely view. We had a Groupon offer, sandwich & cream tea for 4. All sandwichs were fresh & made to order even with my 4 year old strange requests & came with salad garnish. The... More

This cafe is upstairs above a large sweet and gift shop near the Crown roundabout in the Montpellier Quarter of Harrogate. It is a very good place to meet friends as you are never hurried. I have been on many occasions for morning coffee or afternoon tea, and sometimes have had a lunch here. Never been disappointed yet and I... More

We called in the Palm Court for coffee and cake and found it to be a really lovely place. Not very big, quite cosy but nicely set out with a 'shabby chic' decor. The cakes appear to be homemade (not sure whether they are or not but the quality suggested as much). Presentation of the food (cake and coffee) was... More

On a rainy afternoon in Harrogate this place was a gem of a find. The shop of which the café if above is an Aladdin's cave of delights and the café has its own gems to offer. Tea, sandwich and scone, a Yorkshire Tea was lovely, the quality was very high and locally produced food is always a pleasure. Nice... More

Used a Groupon voucher for sandwich & a cream tea and was very impressed. It's a very central location just down the hill from Betty's and deserves a visit from any discerning diners. Staff very polite and friendly and the room is lovely. Plenty of treats to tempt you both in the cafe and in the specialist sweet and chocolate... More

Took afternoon tea here with a Groupon voucher. As we live in Harrogate we'd never bothered eating here before, as this is the area where the tourists usually eat, but when my wife found it on Groupon we thought it would be cool to give it a spin. Our welcome wasn't terribly professional, but our waitress was great & the... More
