Passing through Wicklow decided to stop off for lunch last Sunday. I was very disappointed to see the whole town basically closed. Walked around for a while and found a number of places open for food near the docks/river next to the Garda Station. At first glance the place is a traditional pub grub type of place. Most of the... Searched around for an hour looking for somewhere to eat, then found this little gem, food, staff and craig were great, all in all a fantastic eating experience. Very good value for money. Steak and Ale pie was out of this world.

Fab pub, great live music and tasty food! This place is worth a visit. Chef Andy has recently updated the menu and offers a selection of pub fare. Burgers, pastas, ribs and fish dishes...not to mention his new nachos which are borderline addictive. On this occasion we were in burger form. The classic Bridge Burger and Southern Fried Chicken Burger... More

While the food in the bridge is always good I always find myself let down by the quality of waiting staff. Every time I make an order the staff seem to think the have memory so good they don't need to write it down. Every single time I repeat every single time they get it wrong.(you may ask why I... I've been here a few times for various reasons (breakfast, lunch or a night out) and have been consistently impressed with the quality of food and service. However, the lunch menu I felt was over priced for a my starter which was lack luster in quantity.

The staff are good, music is good, food is good, place is immaculate..but €19.50 for this steak dinner is insane. Will return for food no doubt but portion for price is way out of whack.

Hi BigEddieKav Thanks for taking the time to write a review - I am pleased to hear that you think the staff, music & food are good and have passed your comments onto housekeeping. We feel €19.50 is reasonable for a rib eye of such good quality, we only use the highest quality meats and have not had a compliant... More

Stayed here overnight recently. Rooms clean and well kept if a little small. Service good and helpful staff. Food reasonably priced and extensive menu. Breakfast cooked to order - a rarity nowadays! - and described by two of our company as one of the best breakfast they have had! Fairly expensive to stay but very central.
